The low profile design provides better balance, and the extended base allows sanding flush to wall with nose and side of sander. The 9850  is easily maneuvered with the long  2M power cord, and the highly efficient dust collector reduces dust in the work area. An optional sanding shoe is available for precise sanding depth control.
